As a graduate of DePaul University College of Law, Kellie Scott spent most of her career as an attorney. For 16 years, Kellie was a partner in the Chicago law firm Scott Halsted & Babetch. Although she was a successful insurance defense litigation attorney, she had a passion for design. Upon opening up her design firm, K Scott Design, Scott designed in the city and Oak Park with two projects showcased on HGTV! Her very last design project was a $2M dollar rehab of the William Stennet Home in Oak Park (201 Linden Avenue) which won a Historic Preservation Award.
After six years of design work, Scott decided that great design shouldn't be restricted to just the wealthy - and thus, Design Consign was born!
